349 symptomatic COVID-19 patients were tracked for six months to quantify IgM and IgG antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 spike and nucleocapsid proteins. The study, published as a medRxiv preprint by Jun Wu, found antibody positivity rates remained above 70% at the end of the observation period. Data likely includes longitudinal antibody titers, neutralizing activity, and patient clinical characteristics.
