Ethiopian District-Level Satellite Environmental Indices for Malaria Research, 2002-2021

Michael C. Wimberly compiled this dataset containing daily woreda-level summaries of remotely sensed environmental indices for all of Ethiopia from 2002 to 2021. The data includes precipitation, land surface temperature, and spectral vegetation/water indices aggregated from NASA GPM and MODIS satellite products. It consists of three CSV files with summarized indices and an ESRI shapefile for administrative boundaries.
