Southern Ocean Sea Surface Temperature Gridded Daily Average

AODN provides a single-sensor SSTfnd product for a 24-hour period, derived from AVHRR instruments on NOAA polar-orbiting satellites. The data is a 0.02-degree gridded map covering the Southern Ocean region from 3°E to 158°W and 27°S to 78°S. Each grid cell contains a weighted average of the highest quality SST observations overlapping that cell.
