Heat Pump Performance Screening with Tank System for Gradual Heating

35% COP improvement was achieved with a one-stage heat pump using R600a compared to a conventional system. René Kofler from the Technical University of Denmark conducted numerical modelling and simulation to screen performance improvements from adding a tank system.
