Sediment Oxygen Demand Measurements from Eastern Timor Sea Surveys

Sediment oxygen demand measurements from the upper 2 cm of seabed sediments were collected during two marine surveys in the eastern Joseph Bonaparte Gulf. Surveys SOL4934 and SOL5117 were conducted in 2009 and 2010 by Geoscience Australia in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Marine Science and other research partners. The data supports the creation of biophysical maps and the identification of sensitive seabed environments and geohazards.
