430 patients with metastatic solid tumors treated with anti-PD-1 monotherapy between 2015 and 2024 were analyzed for seasonal effects on survival. Summer initiation of therapy was associated with significantly longer median progression-free survival (6.2 vs. 3.6 months) and overall survival (21.5 vs. 12.4 months) compared to winter initiation. This dataset, authored by Haydar C. Yuksel and shared on figshare, provides real-world clinical evidence on circannual variation in immune checkpoint inhibitor efficacy.
File formats are TIFF and DOCX, which may not be immediately machine-readable for analysis; the 198.4 MB size suggests the primary data may be within document files.
