124 seabed samples from the eastern Bonaparte Gulf collected by Geoscience Australia in 2009/2010 contain 74 physical and chemical variables. The dataset was analyzed using clustering methods to characterize sediment properties and their influence on benthic habitats. Results were presented at the AMSA2013 Golden Jubilee Conference.
