SEESAW: Temporal Gene Expression Across Osteoblast Maturation in Mice, 9 Time Points

Gene expression data from calvarial osteoblasts of neonatal B6xCAST mice at 9 time points post-differentiation. mRNA profiles were generated by RNA sequencing on an Illumina HiSeq 2000, with three technical replicates per sample. The dataset was created by Euphy Wu at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and includes outputs from the fishpond package for allelic count estimation.
