Fugro conducted two topographic LiDAR surveys at 0.5m resolution along the soft sedimentary north coast of Northern Ireland in March and September 2022. The surveys covered specific beaches from Curran Strand to Magilligan, capturing data from the intertidal zone to 10m inland. The data was collected to measure coastal change and recovery following storms Dudley, Eunice, and Franklin, and is formatted to match a 2021 baseline survey.
Data is licensed under OGL-UK-3.0. Survey flights were constrained to 2 hours either side of Low Water, during clear conditions below 6000ft, with suitable sun angle and daylight.
