Serial Histology and Blockface Images of a Full Mouse Heart

600 sections of serial histology and blockface images from a full mouse heart. This data was first used and reconstructed in the 2017 paper by Casero et al. introducing the Transformation Diffusion Reconstruction method. The dataset is authored by Urszula Siedlecka from Imperial College London.
