Gastric Cancer Patient Data on Serum Markers and Tumor Infiltration

208 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were included in this study. Preoperative peripheral blood samples were analyzed for serum CD4, CD8, and CD19 levels, and corresponding immune cell infiltration within the tumor microenvironment was measured via immunohistochemistry.
