Description
A study of 162 women with active sexual life at a reference hospital in Belém, Pará, Brazil, evaluated sexual function and stress urinary incontinence following total hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy. The research, authored by Soany de Jesus Valente Cruz, compared 68 women who had undergone the surgery more than 12 months prior to 94 women who had not. Includes data from 162 participants, providing a basis for statistical analysis
Reports specific Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) overall scores of 23.56 and 28.68 for the compared groups
