Description
Observations from One Tree Reef in the Southern Great Barrier Reef describe water movement and sediment transport under modal wind, wave, and tide conditions. The data, hosted by the Australian Ocean Data Network, suggests lagoon currents alone are insufficient to account for sediment size distribution, highlighting the roles of bioturbation, high-energy events, and patch reefs.
