The SPF Collection of Sao Paulo State is a collection of marine algae specimens exclusive to Sao Paulo State, deposited in the SPF Herbarium at Sao Paulo University. It has been curated by Prof. Eurico Cabral de Oliveira Filho and maintained as an important research collection since the early 1950s by Prof. Aylthon Brandao Joly. The collection system of classification follows Wynne (1985).
