Stable isotope and hydrochemical data reveal groundwater recharge sources and quality around Qinghai Lake. The dataset includes water level measurements with relative altitudes ranging from -1.27 to 122.91 meters and hydraulic gradients from -6.20 to 43.14‰ relative to the lake.
