Stem and Soil Respiration Measurements in Central Amazon Fertilized Plots

320 trees with DBH > 26 cm had stem respiration measured in October 2019. Soil respiration data was collected from June 2017 to October 2019 using different collar types in a field site 80 km north of Manaus, Brazil.
