Structural and Functional Brain Connectomes from 54 Schizophrenic and Healthy Adults

27 schizophrenic patients and 27 matched healthy adults underwent multimodal MRI scanning, including structural, diffusion, and resting-state functional sequences. Data was processed using the Connectome Mapper pipeline and parcellated into up to 1,015 brain regions according to the Lausanne anatomical atlas. The dataset was created by Jakub Vohryzek at the University of Oxford and is shared under an Open Access license.
