Description
A processed subset of the MIMIC-III Waveform Database matched subset v1.0, containing high-resolution patient monitoring recordings from over 10,000 patients at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre between 2001 and 2012. The dataset is structured into sub-cohorts for benchmarking generalizability under distribution shifts, such as post-surgical admission or mechanical ventilation. It was created by Mayra Elwes and hosted on Harvard Dataverse.
