Sudan Multi-Sector Needs Assessment: 2025 Household Survey

The Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) surveyed more than 3,000 households and approximately 14,000 individuals across 12 states in Sudan between July and September 2025. UNHCR implemented the assessment to identify priority needs of refugees and asylum-seekers. The findings inform planning for the 2026 Country Refugee Response Plan and the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan.
