Geoscience Australia undertook quarantine procedures and laboratory analyses for debris recovered during the search for Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. The reports collate findings from pieces processed through their facilities after the aircraft disappeared on 8 March 2014 with 239 people on board. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau led the search operation in the southern Indian Ocean.
