Description
1,120 veterans treated at the VA Medical Center in Boise, Idaho from April 2, 2020 to December 20, 2022. The dataset links sequence-defined SARS-CoV-2 variants with clinical data to investigate cardiopulmonary, neuropsychiatric, and multisystem long COVID phenotypes.
