Sediment Fertility and Hydropower Impact Data from the Bóbr River, Poland, 2022-2023

Supplementary file 1 from a study by Paweł Tomczyk, published on figshare in April 2026, adapting soil fertility indices to evaluate sediment quality in hydropower-regulated rivers. The dataset contains analyses of 19 physicochemical parameters from sediment samples collected upstream and downstream of three hydropower plants and at natural reference points in the Bóbr River during spring and autumn 2022–2023. The data was used to calculate five fertility indices and assess the spatial impact of hydropower development on sediment properties.
