Coronary Plaque Biomechanical Metrics for Acute Coronary Syndrome Risk

Sixty-nine patients with coronary computed tomographic angiography data were analyzed, comprising 63 culprit and 146 nonculprit atherosclerotic lesions. The dataset includes a novel biomechanical metric, the Cap Vulnerability Index, alongside anatomic, plaque, and hemodynamic variables for predicting acute coronary syndrome risk.
