Description
21 randomized controlled trials involving 17,669 patients compare dual and triple antihypertensive drug regimens. The meta-analysis, authored by Zhuoling Gong and updated in May 2026, found triple therapy reduced systolic blood pressure by an average of 5.98 mmHg and increased blood pressure control rates by 31%. Results are based on a systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, and Web of Science up to July 2025.
