Swiss Nursing Graduate Job Preference Survey Data from a Discrete Choice Experiment

A Discrete Choice Experiment questionnaire was developed and pretested to weight the job attribute preferences of Swiss registered nurse undergraduates. The final instrument includes nine attributes with two or three levels, presented across 18 choice sets. Two pretests involved 67 and 53 graduating students, respectively, leading to wording refinements and confirming a survey completion time of 15–30 minutes.
