Canine Serum, Plasma, and Urine Metabolite Profiles from Matched Biospecimens

88 metabolites were analyzed in serum, 85 in EDTA plasma, and 88 in lithium-heparin plasma from client-owned dogs in a feeding trial. Targeted ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was performed on matched biospecimens to evaluate cross-matrix comparability.
