15.9 million reports from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) were analyzed for drug-drug interactions between sex hormones and analgesics linked to thromboembolic events. The study identified 162,846 venous thromboembolism (VTE) and 283,197 arterial thromboembolism (ATE) cases, with thirteen drug pairs showing positive DDI signals for VTE. This dataset, authored by Seiki Yamazaki and last updated in April 2026, supports pharmacovigilance research.
The primary data file is a 75.1 KB DOCX document, which is a very small supplementary file likely containing summary results rather than the raw 15.9 million reports.
