Employee Ambidextrous Job Crafting Survey Data from Two Chinese Studies

Supplementary file 1 contains survey data from two studies on employee job crafting behaviors. Study 1 (N=923) developed and tested a 41-item scale measuring ambidextrous job crafting. Study 2 (N=387) examined dual-path effects on turnover intention using a lagged study design in a Chinese context.
