Fiona Teevan-Kamhawi's dataset contains high-temporal-resolution measurements of surface temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and pH taken every 30–60 minutes from December 2022 to May 2023. The data was collected inside and outside a 2-acre Saccharina latissima (sugar kelp) farm in Point Judith, Rhode Island, to evaluate the farm's role in mitigating local ocean acidification. The study concluded that the kelp farming provided negligible local mitigation over the full growing season.
