Two focus groups with 4 participants each (mean ages 37.7 and 41.3 years) were analyzed to explore how economic pressure shapes stigma toward mental illness. The qualitative study, authored by Sven Speerforck, was uploaded to figshare on 2026-05-18. Results indicate life worlds, such as volunteer firefighters and self-employed entrepreneurs, correlate with different manifestations of stigma and social interactions.
