2019 to 2022 export flows analyzed using complex network techniques to identify structural connectivity, core-periphery patterns, and country-level influence changes. The study finds Ukraine and India remained the most central actors, with significant reorganization in 2022 elevating Türkiye and Russia. It provides evidence on trade reconfiguration relevant to SDG2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG13 (Climate Action).
