412 vocational students in China provided self-reported survey data on aesthetic education participation, emotion regulation strategies, and psychological resilience. The data, analyzed via structural equation modeling, supports a mediating role for emotion regulation. Qingqin Zhu published the dataset under a CC-BY-4.0 license in April 2026.
