9,318 participants from a community-based prospective cohort study in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China. The data examines associations between systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) and systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) with all-cause, cardiovascular, cancer, and respiratory mortality using Cox and Fine-Gray models. The study found significant dose-response relationships and that adding SIRI or SII to conventional risk models improved predictive performance.
