Approximately 80,000 words of interview transcripts from nine primary and secondary language teachers in Scotland, analyzed through a hybrid inductive–deductive thematic approach. The data was generated by Manuel Jesús Cardoso-Pulido and published under a CC-BY-4.0 license in June 2026. It examines teacher wellbeing through an ecological systems framework, covering microsystem to chronosystem influences.
