193 matched pairs of CKD and non-CKD participants from the UK Biobank imaging cohort were analyzed over a median follow-up of 4.9 years. The data, authored by Georgios Vavilis, shows elevated myocardial T1 values were associated with higher risks of cardiovascular death, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation specifically in CKD patients. This dataset supports a virtual twin-matching framework for risk stratification in multimorbid populations.
