18 male Sprague–Dawley rats were fed diets redistributing branched-chain amino acids across circadian phases for 12 weeks. Untargeted metabolomics data for liver and skeletal muscle, plasma lipids, and growth trajectories were collected by Kuai Yu and published on figshare in April 2026. The liver metabolome showed the strongest group separation, driven by lipid-related features.
