133 medical students from a Caribbean medical school participated in a mixed-methods study on stress and adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study, authored by Tarron Kayalackakom and published on figshare, includes quantitative survey results and qualitative thematic analysis. Thirty-five percent of participants reported a perceived decline in academic performance, and correlations were found between lack of face-to-face interaction and wellbeing strain.
