244 UK primary school pupils aged 8–11 participated in an interactive story-driven workshop on antimicrobial stewardship. The intervention produced a statistically significant (p < 0.001) improvement in knowledge, with 139 Year 5 pupils demonstrating sustained retention for at least one year.
