Swiss Nursing Graduate Job Preference Survey Data from a Discrete Choice Experiment

A Discrete Choice Experiment questionnaire designed to measure the importance of job attributes for Swiss registered nurse graduates. The dataset includes results from two pretests involving 67 and 53 students, respectively, and contains socio-demographic data and responses to 18 choice sets. The instrument was developed by Jana Bartakova and published under a CC-BY-4.0 license in May 2026.
