57 children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and 57 of their biological siblings without ASD were compared for fecal levels of α1-antitrypsin, immunoglobulin A, and calprotectin. The data was generated by Joško Osredkar and last updated on 2026-04 15. Samples were analyzed using UHPLC–MS/MS after careful participant screening to control for confounding factors.
