Tele-Round Platform UX Design Methodologies for Brazilian ICUs

February to May 2022 methodological study applied the Double Diamond design model to develop a tele-round platform for public intensive care units. The work resulted in the 'Mangará Digital' platform, created by Ana Beatriz Frade Moura. The design process included desk research, ethnography, persona development, and usability evaluation.
