Supplementary Material for: Clinical presentation and diagnostic challenges of frontotempo

A retrospective cohort of 190 patients with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) evaluated at a publicly-funded Brazilian tertiary referral center from 2009 to 2024. The dataset includes clinical features, diagnostic trajectories, neuroimaging, genetic testing, and survival outcomes for behavioral variant FTD, primary progressive aphasia, and FTD-amyotrophic lateral sclerosis subtypes. It was published on figshare under a CC-BY-4.0 license in May 2026.
