Description
3,691 hospitalized adults with COVID-19 from six tertiary hospitals in China were monitored for acute kidney injury. The dataset contains longitudinal trajectories of seven peripheral blood count parameters, including lymphocyte, neutrophil, and platelet counts and four derived ratios. It was published by figshare admin karger in 2026 to support individualized, real-time AKI risk evaluation.
Use Cases
Train models for dynamic AKI risk prediction based on longitudinal blood cell trajectories.
Analyze associations between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and acute kidney injury risk.
Investigate competing risks for renal recovery using joint modeling techniques.
Benchmark time-series models for clinical biomarker analysis in a multicenter cohort.
Strengths
Data from a multicenter prospective cohort of 3,691 patients provides a substantial sample size.
