A study from June 2017 to September 2023 included 82 patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who switched to ustekinumab due to skin reactions or secondary failure of TNF-α inhibitors. Authored by figshare admin karger and last updated in May 2026, the supplementary material analyzes skin reaction remission rates and long-term drug continuation using Kaplan–Meier and Cox models. The results indicate ustekinumab was effective for 95% of skin reactions without affecting long-term continuation.
The primary data file is a DOCX document (18.0 KB), which is a tiny dataset and likely contains textual study results rather than structured patient-level data.
