E2F Targets Gene Signature for Uveal Melanoma Prognosis

Nine E2F target genes form a prognostic risk score validated across two patient cohorts. The model, built using TCGA-UVM data and validated with GSE22138, predicts survival outcomes with an AUC of 0.730. This supplementary material provides the gene model and analysis for predicting uveal melanoma patient prognosis.
