Supplementary Material for: Pediatric Severe Cutaneous Adverse Drug Reactions (SCARs) clin

23 pediatric cases of severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs) were analyzed retrospectively from a tertiary center between December 2022 and April 2025. The data compares clinical, laboratory, and immunologic findings for DRESS and SJS/TEN, applying multiple causality assessment and severity scoring tools. No mortality occurred, but immune-mediated complications were observed exclusively in the DRESS group during follow-up.
