CKD Patient Cohort: Integrated Risk Factor Control and Cardiorenal Outcomes

42,763 patients with chronic kidney disease from the China Renal Data System were followed for up to 64,699.25 person-years. This retrospective cohort study quantifies the association between managing four metabolic risk factors—blood pressure, glucose, LDL cholesterol, and BMI—and risks of cardiovascular disease and CKD progression. The dataset, published on figshare, supports the integrated management framework of the Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic syndrome.
