This dataset contains an R analysis script and six publication-quality figures for a cost-consequence analysis comparing daptomycin-based outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) via elastomeric pump with standard inpatient treatment for serious gram-positive infections. The analysis, conducted from the perspective of the Croatian national health insurer (HZZO), includes deterministic sensitivity analysis, probabilistic Monte Carlo simulation, cost-effectiveness acceptability curves, budget impact analysis, and scenario analysis. The R script is fully annotated and compliant with CHEERS 2022 reporting guidelines.
