PhD Student Motivation and Development Outcomes Survey and Interview Data from Hong Kong

1,105 PhD students from eight universities in Hong Kong participated in the main survey study, with an additional 271 participating in a pilot study and 12 in semi-structured interviews. The data was collected for a dissertation linking motivation, autonomy support, research styles, and developmental outcomes.
