20 in-service primary and secondary school teachers from mainland China participated in a qualitative multiple-case study. The dataset contains anonymized interview transcripts, teachers' PLN maps, researcher notes, and selected artifacts related to informal professional learning. It was collected through online map-based interviews, follow-up semi-structured interviews, and supplementary documents.
